All designs listed on this site are created by me, Rabail Ansari, and the copyright of all designs remains property of Just One More Project, LLC. Purchasing a design does NOT transfer ownership of the design. The purchased design still belongs to Just One More Project, LLC and you are legally bound to abide by the terms and conditions stated below. The buyer is NEVER allowed to sell, share, give away or trade our designs or any part of our designs in its digital format.

License Agreement For Commercial Use

  • Each file sold on this website includes personal and SMALL BUSINESS commercial use with unlimited uses for each design. SMALL BUSINESS means the buyer is the only person that uses the file and completes a final physical product (ie. shirt, mug, hat, wooden sign).

  • The buyer may NOT under any circumstances use any design or any part of a design to create a new design you intend to sell in any digital format.

  • The buyer may NOT use the design to sell on Print-on-demand sites (such as Zazzle, Printful, Printify, etc.) or use for Embroidery Digitizing intended to sell.

  • The buyer may NOT sell sublimation/printed/vinyl cut transfers without an additional license.

 
 

License Agreement For Free Designs

Designs offered for free on this site may be used for PERSONAL USE ONLY. If you would like to use a free design commercially, please purchase the design file in the digital shop which includes a commercial use license with purchase. Your purchase records will serve as proof of purchase of license agreement.

License Agreement For EXTENDED USE

  • This license allows you as a small business owner to sell our designs as Printed Transfers. This agreement is not for use with Laser Cut Files. These transfers must be created in house and NOT a third party. This includes:

    • Sublimation Transfers

    • Screen Prints

    • Waterslide Decals

    • Craft Iron-On Transfers

    • Printed/Cut Vinyl Transfers

  • This license gives you permission to add text to any design and sell as physical printed transfers, take elements of our designs to make a unique printed transfer design to sell as a physical printed transfer.

  • This license allows you to print unlimited transfers under this Extended License.

License Agreement For corporate USE

(available for purchase SOON)

  • Use any of our designs to upload to print on demand/POD websites like Amazon Merch, CafePress, Printful and other POD sources. This involves using any of our design files to print on and sell products like shirts, hats, baby shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, cups, mugs, etc. by order or mass production for re-sell or giveaway.

  • Mass produce any of our designs on any medium (cloth, plastic, metal, etc.) by any manufacturing facility, domestic or international. This includes overseas China manufacturers who print and sell wholesale to boutiques and vendors in the US and other countries.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • All Items available on this site are protected by United States and international copyright laws and treaties. You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights of these designs belong to Just One More Project, that rights to the designs are licensed (not sold) to you, and that you have NO rights in, or to, the designs other than the right to use them in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Copyrights to all designs remain property of Just One More Project.

  • Due to the increasing frequency of trademark registration applications and infringement allegations, the buyer is responsible for researching trademarks on all items created to sell with our designs. You agree not to hold us responsible for any trademark infringements resulting from items you created with our designs. You can search trademarks on the USPTO government website.

Project Members Terms of Use

  • All files purchased and/or downloaded free under Project Members subscription follow License Agreement for Commercial Use.

  • All product photos downloaded via Project Members Subscription are free to use for the following:

    • To sell a physical product

    • To market a physical product

  • ALL FILES AND PRODUCT PHOTOS DOWNLOADED FROM PROJECT MEMBERS SUBSCRIPTION MAY NOT BE SOLD IN DIGITAL FORM. Physical Products are only permitted for sell.
